Our Programs
At Neighbor to Neighbor, volunteers are the foundation of a community-driven support system that helps older adults and individuals with disabilities maintain independence and stay connected. Through coordinated transportation, volunteers ensure access to essential services such as medical care, groceries, and daily living needs. Pantry delivery addresses food insecurity, while companion and connect volunteers provide consistent human connection through visits, calls, and check-ins. Together, these integrated services reduce isolation, strengthen community ties, and support neighbors as they age safely and with dignity in their own homes.
