Kelly is responsible for deliveringResponsible Growth for shareholders, clients, and
communities, including driving businessintegration by connecting bank capabilities
across the eight lines of business to peopleand companies. She is also lead on making
Bank of America a great place to work byconnecting employees to the broader
enterprise, championing the bank’s culture ofdiversity and inclusion, and fostering
opportunities for teammates to develop andgrow and progress in their careers.
Kelly serves on behalf of Bank of America tosupport nonprofit partners focused on
bridging community need to resource. Inaddition to her time serving Neighbor to
Neighbor of the Carolinas, Kelly participatesin the local community, serving on A
Father’s Place board, committee of the FineArts Club of Conway, and volunteering at
Shepherds Table.
Kelly has lived in Conway since 2004 where she resides with her husband and two
children.
