As an Air Force brat born in Utah, Kathy lived in Maine and Germany before her father retired and settled the family in upstate New York. Kathy lived in eastern Pennsylvania before she, her wife Lynn, and their spoiled cat Luna moved to North Myrtle Beach in late spring of 2021. At Neighbor to Neighbor, Kathy engages Americans 55 years and older in volunteer service to meet critical community needs. In her free time, Kathy and her wife enjoy spending time at the beach, collecting shells and doing some home repairs.
